Battle Creek Armory Shipping and Returns Policy

We are currently using USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping based on weight. Once your order has been completed a tracking number will be emailed to you along with an invoice of your purchase. This usually takes approximately 24hrs. Just a reminder: USPS tracking may not show progress of your orders shipment right away so please be patient. If you need ground or expedited shipping we also offer other shipping services such as USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEx. With all these options we hope to meet your individual needs when it comes to shipping.

Please Note: Package Insurance and Signature Required is not included. To purchase insurance or have a signature for your package please notify us ahead of time via phone or email or indicate insurance needed or signature in the order notes at check out. Additional charges will apply on top of your flat rate shipping fee for these additional services. Battle Creek Armory does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages left by carrier. If this is of concern to you then contact us in advance as stated above.

Most items are in-stock and will be shipped out to you in 24hrs. Some items may have to be drop shipped from the manufacturer and this may take 7-14 business days depending on the manufacturer.

In Store Pick-Ups

Free in store pick-up is available at Battle Creek Armory 6969 Washington Ave S, Edina, MN 55439. You can choose this option at check out. You can contact us or we will contact you to set up a time to pick up your product.

If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us if you have questions on a return. If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it or return it for store credit of the same value. If returning the product for a refund there will be a 15% restocking fee because of the time and fees associated with the original purchase. Open box items will be evaluated on condition and can have a restocking fee up to 30% depending on the condition of the product. This high restocking fee only applies to product in very bad condition. We will stay in touch and work with you to get you the highest refund possible. Returned items must be shipped back to Battle Creek Armory at the buyer’s expense with the order number on the inside and outside of the shipment. You can add the order number on the shipping label if you would like. If you are having a problem with an upper or lower assembly built by us please notify us, send it back to us, and we will fix it or replace it based on the problem. We will do whatever it takes with in our limits to satisfy you as a customer.

Upper and Lower Assembly Disclaimer

WARNING!! If you use reloaded ammunition with upper and lower assemblies all warranties and returns are null in void. Although we do care about you as a customer and want to make things right when they are wronged. This means we will not stand behind our product if it has been abused. We realize there are very talented individuals who have been reloading for many years and are very good at what they do. However everybody can make mistakes and we have seen first hand what can happen as a result of improper loads. Our advice is to use factory ammunition loaded to safe specs first while trying out our built assemblies before using your reloads. That way you know the assembly you purchased from us was in proper working condition before you took on the liability with your reloaded ammunition.


Our warranties at Battle Creek Armory are pretty simple. If we manufactured or built it we will offer a 90 day period in which we will stand behind the product. If we did not manufacturer the part or product we will have to submit a claim through the original manufacturer to get you a new item. This includes assemblies built by manufacturers as well. It may take some time to resolve your issue with the manufacturer so please be patient. We will do everything we can to get this done as quick as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders that are placed and cancelled prior to shipping are assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. This fee is waived if customer elects to receive a store credit instead of a refund.

Lost Packages

In the event of a lost package we will re-ship the order after the claims process and investigation with the Federal Postal Inspector or other shipping service has concluded its investigation (usually less than 2 weeks). Packages that show to be delivered by carrier are considered delivered and are the customer’s responsibility. Any further action is at the discretion of Battle Creek Armory and may require a police report for stolen property.
